Plain English. We collect as little as possible and we don’t sell any of it.
What we collect
If you fill in the project enquiry form on this site, we receive the name, organization, email address, phone number, project location and project details you choose to give us. That is the only personal information this website asks for.
Why we collect it
Solely to reply to your enquiry and discuss your trail project. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
How it reaches us
Form submissions are delivered by email to Arrowhead Trails. They are transmitted over an encrypted connection and are not published anywhere on this site.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It is privacy-first: it sets no cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track people across other websites.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Third parties
The contact page embeds a Google Maps frame so you can find us. Google’s own privacy policy applies to that embed. Links out to Google Maps and Facebook are governed by those companies’ policies.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept as long as they are useful for the project they relate to. If you’d like us to delete your enquiry, email info@arrowheadtrails.com and we will.
